"Great relaxing time in Bali"

The place was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not too far from town. The home cooked meals are amazing. All the extra facilities are an added bonus. Highly recommend :-).

"Staff was friendly but the facility needs a lot of maintenance."

Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very standard. I have food allergies and I did not have any options. We got very sick from the food. Also there was a rabbit (cute) which I have allergies to pet dander. I got sick. Pictures on booking.com did not meet the expectation.

"Excellent"

The managers and staff on site were warm and welcoming. They made sure our family were very comfortable and provided excellent in the 3-bedroom suite which we booked. The resort is perfect for a family that wants a quiet space away from the city.

A bit more variety with breakfast options would be an added advantage but overall, the services provided were excellent.

"Ok but not the best"

Very friendly staff!

The location is much older looking than on the photos and there is a super loud road right next to it so impossible to have a restful night.

"Bad"

Staff was welcoming and helpfull

I stayed there for an hour and couldn't stand the place.. not cozy. Room was under maintenance beside us..and the room we had smells bad with bad facilities..overrated for the amount of money and the ratings..not as the photoes at all.
