- all staff was extremely polite, nice and helpful - family environment - it was lovely to share home with local people - good restaurant with fresh food - free welcome drink - beautiful and clean swimming pool surrounded by wonderful statues, decoration and garden - very clean environment - we had a nice massage organised there - we learnt a lot about the local life from talking to the owner - amazing view, own terrace and a pool just in front of our room

Our room was downgraded but we got compensatory massages. Ant infestation in the room and bathroom on first night. Had to move rooms on the second day.

Very nice small boutique hotel style resort. Friendly and very helpful staff in arranging day trips, good breakfast. Just outside Ubud in the rice fields. Easy to get back and forth by grab taxi (approx 100000 RP single trip).

The property is very new, nicely decorated and the rooms are good, with a big bathroom (and bathtub!) and a large bed. Rooms have a sitting area outside to enjoy the breakfast. The staff is spectacular, they made us feel welcome during the whole stay. They can prepare a breakfast box if you plan to go to the Mount Batur trekking. The breakfast itself is by the menu, but with the generous size of the portions and the choice is sufficient for several days. There are a couple of bunnies living in the hotel, so kids can play with them. They also have a massage area, and morning yoga classes if you're into it.

Deducting points for the noise levels. First of all, you can hear your neighbors as if they are standing in your room, including their TV. Second, and most importantly, the hotel stays on the road side. Even though it's not the most popular road, the whole evening you hear the cars and motorbikes passing by. There's nothing around the hotel as well, so you must have a bike or a car if you want to stay here. Even driving to the Ubud center takes 20-30 minutes.

Really great hosts who couldn’t do enough for you, quiet location with nice surroundings but everything that you would want to do in Ubud is very accessible

Very familiar and friendly atmosphere. The owner's engagement is absolutely amazing. I felt arriving as a guest and leaving as a friend. Tour proposals, recommendations on restaurants, attractions and activities excellent!

The location is a little bit solitary and far away from city's life.

This property was really clean and spacious. The rooms were very modern and equipped with everything we needed. Apart from this, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. They organised day trips for us and helped us with everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough.

I loved everything

The staff and the owners were very warm and welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated. The serene garden and calming sound of the pool adds a very natural element to the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Ubud.
