The Chambers, Riverside West

The apartment was immaculate, the rooms were cosy yet modern, the facilities were spot on for every need. Like the kitchen had everything we needed. Stunning views of the city from the balcony and only a short walk away from the train station and town centre. All my questions were answered so promptly, it really was a brilliant place to stay in Leeds.

We didn't always manage to get hot water from the showers but once we did it was fine. Not sure why this was.

Good space, nice and clean, good heating and kitchen facilities, location is good, building is also very clean and well kept. Good security.

Cleaning is only once a week, needs advance planning with the host staff. Supplies are also provided once a week, so if extra is required, guests need to purchase themselves. Not a problem, but informing other future guests to note. Manager needs to be a bit more courteous. Beds are not comfortable, needs better beds as tossing and turning disturbs partner a lot.

Location 10 min walk to the centre, shops bars etc
