A few required items, like a vacuum cleaner, kitchen knife, were missing. These could easily be replaced if they were previously provided.

noisy and close to the train line - we had to open the windows as no AC which made the train & construction site noise quite intrusive. We also thought we had booked an apartment in the other location as it wasn't clear there were 2 sites from the website.

Parking expensive daily rate and per car. Late checkout fee extortionate

Badly needs refurbishing Carpet very dirty

Our stay here was fantastic! Starting off with the super friendly & helpful security guards from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised about how spacious & clean the apartment was, with balconies in the living room and main bedroom. There was a food hamper for us upon arrival and getting in and out was super simple. The apartments were only a short walk to the city centre and it had secure, gated parking. Absolutely would stay here again if we are visiting Leeds - 10/10!

Very convenient location, near canal and rail station. Luxurious feel to the apartment and great sunset views from the balcony.

There was no way to adjust the temperature of the heating, and it was sweltering. Would have loved a cafetière!
