The environment and staff

L'appartement est exceptionnel. Bien situé, propre, bien équipé.

Du bruit la nuit. Mais cela ne dépend pas de l'appartement. Malheureusement ce sont des bruits extérieurs.

If you’re looking for a classic and modernized place to stay, then Davina Villa is a place to be. I’ll recommend it to anyone but it’s expensive tho. There’s a restaurant, bar and a large parking lot. It’s also approximate to Kumasi City Mall.

I liked the spaciousness, how local it was to everything, and how quiet it was on most nights. Mr. Gyimah was great. Very friendly, kind and communicative. He made my stay great!

Not what I didn’t like per se, but suggestions. Perhaps adding a few amenities like an ironing board, kettle, and toilet plunger. I think staff was very hands on and quick to solve whatever questions or needs I had, however.

The place is conveniently located, The staff is very good and the place is clean and quit.

The location is excellent, with a coffee on the ground floor. It is 5 minutes walking from Kumasi Mall. Security is great! Nice place to stay in Kumasi. I recommend it!
