Very well appointed and very well located. One of the best apartments in its price category. Great value for money!

More sound insulation from neighboring sounds will be deeply appreciated.

A lovely place to stay if you are caught up in the city and you need a place to kick off your shoes and lay down your head.

I have virtually nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed all areas especially the kitchen and the living room .

The place was clean and properly arranged with everything in the right place and easy to find. Bed was super comfortable. WiFi was fast also.

A towel holder could be added to the washroom.

I am extremely happy to find the host waiting for me with keys to welcome me late at night (as my flight got long delayed). She is very kind. Kept everything ready in the property... water bottles, tea bags, even eggs, cooking oil etc which I was not expecting. I didn't have to go out to find food late at night. She shared the wifi login. The property is very newly built and have all new utensils, modular kitchen, sofa set, dining area, bed all are new and kept very clean. Also, the host is on call 24x7. Whenever I needed anything she would come and provide. Also the cleaning is done whenever I called them. They provided me the large apartment having king size bed room with attached toilet (can also be accessed directly from living room by guest if needed) and large living room with dining area and modern kitchen facility and balcony. It helped me to invite my visitors and have business meetings. They too are impressed with the property. It's is perfectly located - a stone throw distance from Kumasi City Mall and all transportation is available on door step. The restaurant chickenman and pinkberry asokwa are just downstair and open till midnight. This will be of my first preference to stay when I come back again to Kumasi.

The property remains a hidden treasure till date. Not yet on google map. So on map I had to use location as pinkberry asokwa to book bolt / uber. I would suggest the management to work on it so that many more people can have the access to it easily.
