"If the staff could be trained in warm hospitality skills I expect it would be lovely"

Location great. Beautiful decor. Clean

Staff were disappointing with no warm welcome or hospitality skills. It seemed such a disappointment for a an expensive hotel

We booked Casa Lomas very last minute as the place we originally booked was not upto standard. What a gem. Lovely room, clean and comfortable, very well stocked fridge and goodie drawer. Nice tidy pool area and beautifully situated. Staff friendly and helpful.

The goodies in the fridge/drawer were very expensive. Parking was also expensive.
