Check-in eseguito in anticipo senza alcun supplemento ed in maniera rapida ed efficiente. Inoltre ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie per spostarmi nelle zone circostanti e ho potuto stare in stanza anche oltre l'orario di check-out con un piccolo supplemento. Colazione standard per un b&b. Se dovessi tornare nelle vicinanze sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo.

La dueña muy atenta y disponible,lo bueno es que hacen cenas en un restaurante justo debajo,y es una ventaja después de recorrer todo poder venir y olvidarte de la cena,con precios buenos y buena comida

Todo estuvo bien,solo la incomodidad de compartir baño,pero ya lo sabía en la reserva,por lo demás todo bien, ubicación muy buena con transporte a Venecia en parada pegada a la estancia,calidad precio ,para mí aconsejable

Bom custo benefício, a senhora é super simpática e atenciosa. A localização e bem próxima do centro de Veneza.

A falta de ar condicionado no quarto, quando faz calor à noite, é um pouco desconfortável. Porém, pelo preço pago e pela distância até o centro da cidade vale a pena.

Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gab und es zum Schlafen zu heiß war.

Lovely owner, very kind and speaks Italian, Moldovan and Russian! Nice location about 25 minutes from Venice on the bus and the bus stop is 5 minutes away from the house. The house is very clean and breakfast included! The dinner on the grill was super nice as well. The owner made it especially for our family when we came back from our trip in Venice. Delicious food, big portions and not expensive. Highly recommend this place!

No air-conditioning in the hot summer could be a big plus, a big amount of insects, including mosquitos and wasps. The owners tried to fight against them with different methods but maybe spraying a poison around the house could help.
