B&B Palmagrill

The owner of the hotel is very friendly. She helped me a lot in finding a way to Rome. I really appreciate it.

It was spacious, newly furnished, and clean. All necessary utensils and equipment were available. No need to worry about anything. I will definitely revisit there.

Transportation to/from the place can be challenging sometimes. But it's worth it.

The bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable bed and slept well. The view we had from our bedroom balcony was lovely looking over the river. The breakfast was nice. The bathroom/ toilet was enormous. We had a meal in their restaurant which was very nice and very popular with local people as it was packed with great entertainment too.

The bathroom facilities! Yes I know it's a B&B but if someone needs the toilet while someone is having a shower no hope! We just think a separate toilet would be a great asset as I wanted to use the toilet at midnight, and someone was having a shower very inconvenient.

Good location friendly host not a fancy room but was enough and bathroom was good.

The location was not too difficult to get to from Venice, and the surroundings were really beautiful. The view of the canal was lovely and we were close to a few food shops and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There was plenty of space to cook and store food, and the owners put breakfast things out for us (bread, cheese, ham, cakes, jam etc) in the morning so we could help ourselves easily. It was a very laid back stay and there was even a friendly cat who came to say hello when we were eating!

Not the fault of the owners just advice for other guests - the buses were sometimes a bit early/late so would recommend getting there 10 minutes early to make sure you don't miss it if you're going into the city of Venice!

The host is very kind and helpful and she made it feel like home. The breakfast was delicious with multiple choices. I'm happy with my stay

It was clean and comfortable

The female staff was drunk and could not help us for checking in. We had to wait for about 4 hours for her partner to come and give us the keys to check in. Later on we were supposed to get the included breakfast but they could not provide that and no one came for collecting the keys during checking out. After calling for a long time one male came who was again he was drunk and we somehow handed the key to him and left the property. It was the worst experience we ever had in any vacation..
