The Envoy Hotel Abuja

The hotel is extremely well located for diplomatic and business travel, particularly due to its proximity to both the U.S. and British embassies. The room was spacious with clearly defined living and working areas, and the internet was fast and reliable for work purposes. Room service was convenient and easy to use, while the laundry collection and return service was very efficient. The pool area was relaxing in the Abuja heat, security at the hotel was robust, and breakfast offered a good selection including a fresh egg station.

One fish meal ordered during the stay was extremely poor quality and unfortunately inedible. The laundry process was very quick and convenient, but the clothes did not feel properly cleaned on return. I would prefer slightly slower turnaround with better cleaning quality. The dessert menu was also frequently unavailable.

Internet is poor! The restaurant definitely needs fresher and a wider range of food items The cost that was charged on my card at the hotel is higher than the figure that I saw when I made the booking. I was told that this is "due to currency conversion!"

Las habitaciones son grandes, la cama esta ok, el desayuno ofrece algo de fruta y cafe bueno.

El hotel esta bien, aunque calidad precio no se corresponde. Es muy caro. Hay que tener cuidado porque la tarifa que se da en euros en booking no corresponde con el precio que luego pagas en el hotel. Deberian clarificar este asunto mandandote un email con el precio en moneda local que vas a pagar finalemente cuando llegues al hotel. Eso evitaría problemas a la llegada del hotel.

I liked the friendly and attentive staff

The facilities were subpar and the finishes of the room were poor. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, needs remodeling asap. Curtains in the room are dirty. Room was decent.

My stay at the Envoy is an amazing experience,ranging from the comfort of the room,top notch facilities and friendly customer service rendered by the staff. Thanks for giving me an home away from home experience.Love to have such experience again.
