Welcoming host and the home was quiet. Very good selection of coffees for the morning. Proximity to airport and the train station was good.

Clean, comfortable room. Great hosts. Close to bus stop. Terrace was very nice although a bit cold to enjoy. Great value.

No TV. Bathroom across hall, not an en-suite.

the room was very clean, had lots of choice for hot drinks and snacks, Bea and Kieth were so welcoming and lovely! the property is in a good location not too far from the centre of edinburgh which is only a 15/20 minute bus journey away, will definitely be staying here again when back in edinburgh!
