Bea and the family were fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and kind and Bea went above and beyond to make us as welcome as possible whilst giving us our own space too! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

"Wonderful stay in Edinburgh, close to the airport and easy connection to the center"

The room was very nice and comfortable, it had everything what could be needed, even snacks, breakfast and a coffee machine. The room has a nice garden/terrace to be enjoyed on sunny days. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The room was very small and the bathroom seperate from the bedroom.there was a terrace but not able to be used in inclement weather

"A great way to end a two-mont-long journey before heading home!"

Property was located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. The host,Bea, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The terrace overlooking the lovely backyard garden was an added bonus.The room has lots of tasty snacks and interesting books.

If we had a car or were more savvy about the bus system, this would have been the ideal spot. Unfortunately we had to rely on taxis to get us there and to the airport. Of course this was our problem and not a problem with the host or her lodgings.

Bea and her husband are truly lovely and caring hosts, the room features a beautiful view over the garden and is well-equipped. If you are lucky enough, You may meet their three sweet cats. We felt like home. Thank you so much

"Welcoming, homey place to land in Edinburgh with a great host!"

Bea was an exceptionally friendly, welcoming and delightful host! The room was lovely- clean, comfortable and with a sweet view of the terrace and yard. Perfect place to land after a long flight to settle in and get oriented to the wonders of Scotland!

It wasn’t a big problem for me but the bathroom sink is tiny and hard to use to wash up etc. Nothingbthat would keep me from returning next time I’m in Edinburgh! ☺️
