La habitación era agradable y cómoda, el personal fue atento y muy amable. Las albercas tenían agua templada lo que las hacía muy agradables para relajarse

Hay que caminar un poco del centro para llegar al hotel y la entrada era por una calle de terracería de difícil acceso si vas en sandalias o calzado resbaladizo

Unfinished. No flooring in room. Outside very little signage. Street directly in front unpaved. Abandoned cars directly across from the entrance.

Clean. Nice staff. Location good, 5 minute walk to town. Pools were very nice. Quiet at night

Beautiful rooftop pool, gorgeous new building and the front desk receptionist is lovely! Location is perfect, close to beach/town but out of the way enough that its quiet.

Although this hotel is beautiful and clean (enough), I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly the door only has one lock, on the door handle and if you’re a female traveling alone this isn’t ideal. The lobby door locks at 6pm-9am and you use a code, there is no front desk reception outside these hours. One night doors in the gym and co working space were left wide open, hampering feelings of security. Also, all rooms in this building are independently owned; some are airbnbs and others more hotel like. In both rooms we booked they only gave one thin top sheet as your blanket, it’s not enough no matter the temperature. They only provide 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and no washcloths. They have a list of the prices for all things in the room (sheets, towels, pillows, mattress covers, etc.) saying that if any wear or tear is seen you will be charged, this is the first time I have ever seen this (have some trust in your guests and then react accordingly don’t leave a threatening note). I spent 5 nights here, the first 2 nights I had hot water but the last 3 I had to shower in cold water, the drain was also clogged with a previous guests hair. The last 2 nights I was in a room next to a crying baby who I could hear well enough to wake me several times throughout the night. Also the layout is deeply confusing, room numbers certainly do not match the floor numbers (eg. room 133 on floor 3, room 224 on main floor). The wifi is weaker than other places Ive stayed in Sayulita so keep that in mind if you’re working remote. Also there is not enough drinking water, there is only 2 stations to fill your water and one had been empty for days. They do have a nice co working space, but the gym only has a few very light weight dumbbells and hot tubs were not open when I stayed. As beautiful as the rooftop pool is, the construction next door is quite loud. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back, for the price paid there are many things lacking.
