Clean. Close to downtown. Staff is amazing.

Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Staff was attentive and got back to us right away when we had a questions or requests.

Clean, Modern, safe and location was just outside the busy area which is nice. Love the roof top pool!

The staff at Maramara are very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us- nice and quiet, away from the bustle of everything, but not too far. It's not an obvious lookimg hotel, but that was part of why we liked it so much- less assuming, felt more immersive. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, inside felt new and in good condition. Rooftop pool was a delight!

Check-in was a bit chaotic, using Whatsapp to send me all the room information, advised that my room would be open with the key inside but it was locked. She came to unlock and then had to come back again to give me to the key. All sorted pretty quickly but the check-in process could definitely have been smoother. Also, the bathroom had a sewage smell after running the taps which was unpleasant. There wasn't enough hooks in the bathroom for the towels either. There was a hostel next to it which played music/karaoke so loud late into evening which made rooftop pool area not so relaxing! Also, construction in area meant it was loud during the day when trying to relax on the rooftop.

The rooms are nice and staff are extremely kind and very helpful.
