Very clean, beautiful view!

The noise from other properties! In a very party area.

Great location! Loved that it was brand new. The rooftop pool was really cool. Staff was super friendly and kind. Room service was amazing too.

Air Conditioning needed cleaning and created a musky smell, so it was unusable. The jacuzzi's weren't ready/usable yet. The front door to the hotel can be opened by putting your hand through the gate from the outside and pressing the open button from the inside.

The location is ideal

The facilities were not working this is the second time we visit and the tubs were on maintenance. The place does feel cheap.

The front desk staff Aida was lovely bubbly and very helpful when we requested a room change. The lobby pool was lovely and warm and there was a top deck with a beautiful view which was also a nice area to hangout. They also had parking which was included in the stay.

Some of the property was still under construction like hot tubs on another floor and other outside deck area but much of sayulita is like that.

The room was lovely

Overall the facility was clean. The front desk person was nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location is ok. There are far better locations in town once we got to exploring. It is a little out of the main area and all the better restaurants, shops, and coffee shops are about 6 blocks away. Not bad, but again, just a little out of the way. It is adjacent to some very rural areas with lots of chickens and dogs roaming.

The room was billed as a "Deluxe Queen Suite." A more accurate description, would be "Plain, Smal/Double Bed, Small Motel Room Sized Room, Oddly Shaped and Small Bathroom." There was nothing deluxe about it, it was not a queen bed, and definitely would not qualify as a suite in any way. It has barren, almost Soviet style of plainness to it. Once we got to town and explored we found there was many other botique hotels or even nicer hotels closer to both the beachfront and the heart of the town at the same or even lower price. We actually decided to get a second room at one of those hotels for the rest of the stay as the room was not big enough for two adults. The nicer hotel room was less expensive.

Clean and comfortable

Overall quiet street compared to most things in town. The common areas were very clean and they left bottled water in the room every day.

Compared to the photos on Booking, the room was super small and cramped. It did not feel like 299SF as advertised, nor did it have a balcony. Bathroom was tiny and could barely move around in it.
