room smelt very bad… problem with the sewer in the bathroom. ver hard to find property also

The location was great. Going left or right out of the gate takes you to a different part of the city with lots of great food and shops. The staff were incredible. Only one staff member spoke English but he went above and beyond to help us with our questions. The owner was so cute and would always offer us food and drink. She even cooked us a free lunch when we first arrived.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and bathroom didn’t have great ventilation which made it smell a little. Bathroom was also very small and the whole bathroom would be soaked after a shower. But this shouldn’t deter you.

Lovely place, perfectly located to get to everything, Madame Hung is very friendly and will ply you with fresh fruit anytime you hang around, nice breakfast included with an amazing vegetable noodle dish to die for. Nice big pool if it's hot, rooms are clean and spacious as pictured.

The bathroom wasn't ideal. Combined shower bathroom didn't drain well and so the bathroom was often sitting in water.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. we felt very comfortable.

Breakfasts were delicious especially the house pancakes, our youngest asked for them several times a day! And always made with love. The coffee is also very good. The communal area is relaxing and green and the central pool area makes it easy to watch the kids while having a drink. The main street is just down the lane way and the ancient town is a short walk away.

Very friendly and jolly staff and it was very close to town. Free bycicle hire and nice breakfast. Pool is cool. Lots of free water and tea. Nice and quiet atmosphere.

Not much choice of breakfast

Tasty breakfast, nice and clean pool, spacious room, helpful staff, just the right location next to the center. We got a bigger room than what we booked. Plus, we forgot a jacket in our room and they shipped it to Hanoi for us. Much appreciated! Despite some shorcoming described below, I would stay again.

Windows in the room cannot open so we had to use AC during the night, although it wouldn't be otherwise necessary. The synthetic bed sheets were not too comfortable. Not sure why the "architect" chose to lower the bathroom ceiling, but I hit my head almost every single time.

It was close to the Hoi An old city...

The host didn't have much experience in running a homestay. However they were really nice and helpful. There were no exhaust fans in the bathroom so the bathroom remained wet till night.. The linens were not so clean.. There were no soaps in the bathroom.. Communication was a challenge with host.. The breakfast was only 1 egg and some fruits. Anything extra was to be paid.

Very friendly owners - we got lots of free fruit plates! The laundry service was also great and cheap. For breakfast you have a choice between curry, omelette, pancake and sandwich. Only the young staff speakes english, otherwise you should have google translate ready! Free bikes were good and its only a short walk to the old town.

Bathroom is always completely wet after a shower and water was not really hot. There is also quite a lot of humidity in the room - there were some small traces of mold on the walls. We also did not get any room service.

Breakfast was amazing. Friendly family

Limited English. Slippery allover so be careful.
