I liked the lady, host, she tried her best to make us comfortable
We traveled as a group, I gave my sister in law contacts to book, it seems there was no communication between Booking .Com and facility manager that we were coming, so not all rooms were prepared in advance. So some of our mates were very unhappy. Otherwise the staff tried to make it enjoyable though she was clearly unprepared for us

Loved the location, close to nature and excellent views. The room was neat and clean, how ever the frindge was not working and we have water on the floor. Th room was very small for the priced we paid, when booking the unit online I was hoping I get the unit with a bath bur only got a shower. How ever we really enjoyed the soft bed and TV channels. Thank you.
The staff on site was not there to promptly greet us going in and out. An intercom system would be handy for booking in at the main gate and a key box would also be handy to book out when no staff is around when you want to leave.
