Lunch Dinner Food needs to improve

Location is offbeat and naturally serene. They have tapped this beauty into one of the best leisure experiences in the area.

It seemed it is little understaff.

The room upgrade was sweet. The views were great and beds were comfy

Many things. Food quality has deteriorated to a large extent - at least half of the food items weren't well prepared or tasteless. Breakfast was soulless and tasteless. The reception was in an under-construction building, putting guests' safety at risk and destroying the overall appeal of the resort. They are expanding left right center so everywhere there are construction workers and drilling noises intermittently - hence taking away from us the resort and peaceful stay experience. The room balconies need maintenance. When asked for regular drinking water, they said it is charegable and they cant provide regular water to rooms; we had to argue about the laws related to drinking water, only then they succumbed and gave us.

Construction was going on, very bad experience. Avoid wasting your money

Only the vineyard view from the restaurant was good.

The rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained. The food we ordered was terrible, plus they gave us the wrong order and still made us pay for the entire lunch. There was no compensation offered nor any reduction was done for the wrong order sent. At night its really dark on the property, no lights on the road. Terrible food and uncomfortable rooms made our stay worse. Would not visit or recommend to anyone.

The Ambience, the staff, the breakfast, the location everything is perfect ❣️
