Not that clean, no sky tv

Great location right in the town center close to the waterfront. Comfortable and spacious.

The 2 frying pans need to be changed. They are old and in a bad state. They can no longer be used for cooking. There is a complete lack of coat hooks although there is plenty of space along the walls.

Excellent location within Picton. Easy walking to supermarkets and eateries. Off-street parking. Comfortable beds and pillows. Supply of flannels

Bathmats required - Two bathmats should have been supplied for four adults for four nights instead of none. Hand towels - minimum one per day of stay. None supplied. I would have appreciated having some milk in the fridge on arrival. We were requested to ensure the garage door was shut whenever we were out. Unfortunately, the automatic door does not sit securely within the door frame; the door hits the frame and automatically reverts to its open position. Solution: Push the outer bottom LH door very firmly to shut it inside the frame so it does not reopen. Needs maintenance. This means you cannot close the garage door at night as the 'closer' would be left on the other side of the fence. They would need a super athlete's skill to mount the fence (avoiding the wire on the top) and enter the property. The shelves inside the kitchen cupboards under the sink have 'exploded' due to water damage. This should be remedied. The plastic corrugated roof above the entranceway should be washed down before the summer influx of visitors; ditto for the skylights above the second bedroom. The light bulb in the toilet needs replacing. Did not work. High daily rate felt excessive. Light switches were very tight to push on and off.

The apartment was so handy to everything in Picton. Having a lockable garage was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable and had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back and book this apartment.

At the centre of the Main Street, easy walk to facilities. Outdoor area and garaging facility.

The front entrance is closed at night, which means an extra walk.

Central location and the check in instructions are clearly written ahead of time. The beds are reasonably comfortable, and the facilities are sufficient for a few days stay. Overall, it was a reasonably priced property.

Firstly, the place was not clean. During our 3 nights stay, there were cockroaches running around the property, and there were greasy unwashed dishes in the cupboard. Make sure you wash everything before use! We also got bitten by fleas (however cannot prove it was at this property to be fair). The amenities provided are insufficient. Although there’s a washing machine, there was no laundry powder. Throughout the property, there’s no tissues other than in the toilet. And other than a 2-in-1 hair and body wash, there’s nothing else in the shower room.

Good location

Wasn't able to find the location. Luckily, someone from a pizza shop knew the person who could help. I didn't get an email for the proper street address and didn't have the code for the lock box. Worked out all good in the end.

It was spacious. Easy to access. Clean and tidy.

The wifi didn’t work. The garage door is slightly broken. There was a loud noise like a fan on the roof when trying to sleep. Sky lights in bedroom made it light.
