Один великий мінус - це матрас у спальні і диван у вітальні, їх треба замінити, тому що спати на них дуже незручно, вже відчуваються пружини в матрасі

La casa è veramente graziosa,dotata di ogni confort; é posizionata al centro di Civitavecchia.Gli arredi sono moderni e funzionali ed i colori della parete si Addison al contesto marittimo.

L'unico aspetto negativo: in una porzione di armadio era conservato un sacco della spazzatura con le lenzuola da lavare

Delightful stay with 2 adults, 2 kids. There was a small selection of snacks and drinks in the kitchen which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean, easy to navigate and shower had great water pressure. Plenty of storage available in the apartment, even tho we just used it for 1 night. Shuttered windows provided cooling shade from the hot day. Main bedroom is fairly big and the bed was comfortable. We had great communication with the host and as we arrived early, took our bags into the apartment while it was still being cleaned. We got some lovely restaurant recommendations as the kids were hungry after our flight. The location is absolutely perfect and central in Civitavecchia. Lots of shops and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We stayed here the night before a cruise and were advised that there are buses that can get to the cruise ship (ours was free but I have heard people say its a €6 fee...?). Two options for the bus, you can walk maybe 5 mins to the port gate beside mcdonalds where the shuttle bus takes you to the main bus terminal for the port and those buses take you to the boat, or walk 10 minutes to the main bus terminal. depends how much luggage or kids you have :) Overal fantastic stay and I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat

The only downside to the apartment was the couch bed - based on how it sections (potentially due to age?) it is not level between the main "L" and the pull out part. Our kids slept the opposite side to the corner so slept fine, but may not be comfortable for an adult.

The property is perfectly located in the center of town and great for getting to and from the cruise port.
