The experience was awful. I came with my mom for health issues. The elevator was not working. She can't climb the stairs. They wouldn't give refund. The room is spacious but smells pungent. The landline wasn't working. Somehow we got into room after waiting for so long and using generator. There was no proper lighting. Its just the bed lights. No geyser. We had to use a unsafe water heater coil. After a day, while i was in office, they called and said they are shifting my parents to some other hotel, citing no electricity in the building/generator not working. They didn't wait untill i come there, the new hotel was as small as a bathroom. And very far from the hospital and dirty roads. Its the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel unless they resolve all these issues.

Lift was not working. 1 power point was working, other points not working and no response to complaint AC in room was making too much noise, Had to kept it off for whole night Staff were trying to charge Visiting colleagues also.
