The reception desk person was not that much informative The land phone in the room was not working so it was quite difficult for us to connect the hotel people Ac needs to be serviced soon because it's in very poor condition

Staff were friendly and helpful

The room was not as good as shown in pictures. It would have been good once but now it's more dilapidated.

Beds and pillows had such bad smell and it felt like a lodge.

Property images are misleading...hotel is not as shown in the photos...Also as per the rules at the hotel no visitors are allowed...also they charge for visitors to visit...there is just no facility at the venue...they don't event have plates or cutlary...Extremely sad for the first time with booking.com from providing wrong rating for such a bad hotel
