GBGBVery poor. Rooms that we booked weren't available when we arrived and no staff on hand to help. Building & rooms were dirty and very outdated. Bathroom was falling apart. Light was hanging off the ceiling. No room key so couldn't lock the room. No staff present could only speak to staff via calling them. Went out for dinner and when we came back the doors were locked so couldn't get back into the building. Wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty towel in bathroom when I got there.No plug in sink,hot water coming out of cold water tap.no television remote.Took me 5 minutes to get the keypad door lock outside to work,thought I was going to get locked out late on.
GBTravelling by bike, they allowed me to bring my bike in for safety.
