Strong smell of cigarettes in room, very dirty window, bathroom absolutely disgusting
GBI was unable to stay here as I could not contact anyone by phone, mobile, SMS or the booking.com app. I never received any check in instructions. I tried all means to contact and there was no reply. I would like a full refund.

The room was up 3 flights of very rickety stairs. The shower was mouldy and so was the cupboard for clothes to hang in - we didn't use it. There was no hairdryer anywhere in the hotel - I had to go and buy one. It was difficult to move around the bed as the room was so small. There was no option for breakfast and the walk to the nearest cafe was about 10 minutes. A friend that was also staying uses a stick and found the stairs very difficult
