The owner is the absolute best. He was a joy to interact with and very responsive. We had low gas in our stove gas tank, and he swapped a new one into the unit within 20 minutes of us bringing it up. The grounds are lovely. If it wasn't cold season, we would have certainly taken a dip or two in the pool. Location is great with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Oludeniz beach and Fethiye are both a short drive away.

The location was good

It had stripped pain off the bedroom ceiling .. which he told me they had a leak upstairs the week before … it was not the week before!! Also torn curtains in kitchen and the bathroom there was an open vent so it was freezing in there … The kitchen wasn’t well equipped at all… I did ask for a toaster and a saucepan which he bought to me and an extension lead. It just didn’t feel clean… we live in a really clean house in uk and don’t expect this!! It had no mosquito nets on any windows so if you were to stay in the summer you would get eaten alive!! Also the bed was so uncomfortable so used some foam cushions and borrowed sone bedding from my sister as I kept itching 😫😫😫

Every was great

Great location. Just one minute walk from the bus stop. Located in a quiet alley but close enough to several supermarkets. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. And most importantly, the host is kind and friendly. We had a great time here.

It is a nice and comfortable apartment, we were three people. The surrounding area is quiet and have some supermarkets around.

Some fornitutes were not in proper conditions.

It was an incredible experience. We emerged from a cold winter into spring, and choosing these apartments was the best decision. As soon as we arrived late in the evening, Caner took care of us, explained everything, and even brought us some food. He's simply an amazing person, ready to help us with everything; I've never felt such hospitality anywhere. The apartment had everything we needed, it was warm, and the opportunity to have coffee on the terrace in the fresh air was simply wonderful. All the shops and the bus stop were also close. My family and I were very happy. Thank you so much, Caner! We will definitely come back again:)
