It was fine for us but the stairs might be a problem for someone elderly

Nice location with views of mountain, the host Caner was exceptional nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was comfortable and kitchen equipped with anything you would need.i have stayed in many apartments in the area over the last 13 years and this was one of the best.also the price was reasonable.i Co set up a hotel reservation agency in London called 1st stop reservations 29 years ago so know just a bit about hospitality and accomodation and that's why I gave this review a 10 I would have no reservations about returning here and in fact will probably be returning mid February

Quiet, new furniture, 24-hour hot water, uninterrupted high-speed internet, and sea views. Comfort. Caner is an exceptional host. He guided us from beginning to end of our stay and answered every question without hesitation. I'm very grateful to him. Other guests have already commented on this. It's a 1-minute walk to the markets and a 4-minute walk to Hisaronu Bar Street. It's a 5-minute drive to the beach and a 15-minute minibus ride. The house is very comfortable and newly renovated. It's a quiet apartment and a safe place for a woman to stay alone. Many single women stay here. It's a truly wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

Удобное расположение в самом поселке и очень приветливый управляющий! Но хозяину апартаментов нужно делать ремонт.

Номер на 1м этаже старый, вся мебель и техника все старое, плохая отбитая посуда и чашки из разных наборов. Запах сырости, котов и старости. Открыть окна чтобы толком проветрить нельзя - сразу забегают коты. Прожили кое-как 1 сутки вместо забронированных 5 и быстрее переехали, выбрав другой отель. Компенсации оплаты не было.

Very friendly staff and helpful. The appartment is big. Nice terrace.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung obwohl man in der Mitte von Ölüdeniz ist. 5 Minuten Gehzeit bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle zum Strand. Wunderschöner Innenhof mit Pool Freundliche Nachbarn Sehr gute Gastfreundschaft

ENG: We spent an amazing week in this apartment with two bedrooms and a dining room. It offers plenty of space to feel comfortable — we were 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment is very clean and has a modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything works perfectly, and there’s a big refrigerator! Right in front of the door, there’s a large and view of the swimming pool, which is just a few meters away. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable all the time. The location is excellent — Babadağ mountain is just behind the apartment, and the town center with restaurants and shops is only a 5-minute walk away. Taxis and minibuses can take you to the amazing Ölüdeniz beach in just 5-7 minutes. The host, Caner, was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to deal with such a kind, flexible, and accommodating person. DE: Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Esszimmer verbracht. Sie bietet genügend Platz, wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat ein modernes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, und es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank!Direkt vor der Tür steht ein großer Tisch mit Blick auf den nur wenige Meter entfernten Pool. Das WLAN ist jederzeit verfügbar und schnell.Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – Babadağ liegt hinter der Unterkunft, und das Zentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Taxis und Minibusse bringen einen in nur 5-7 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand.Der Gastgeber Caner war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist eine Freude, mit so flexiblen und herzlichen Menschen zu tun zu haben. RUS: Мы провели замечательную неделю в квартире с двумя спальнями и столовой. Здесь достаточно места — нас было 3 взрослых и 2ое детей. Квартира опрятная, с современной ванной комнатой. Кухня полностью оборудована, всё работает исправно, есть большой холодильник!

Ik heb een heerlijke week gehad in Ölüdeniz en mijn appartementje heeft daar zeker aan bijgedragen! Ik heb genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de berg Babadağ en de zee, en de fijne ruimte van het appartement. Ik kwam er echt tot rust. Lekker liggen lezen op de bank. Fijne douche ook! Het bed is wel wat harder dan ik gewend ben, daar werd toen een topper voor gebracht. Superfijne ontvangst door gastheer Caner die zo behulpzaam was en me de eerste avond laat naar GÖZDE restaurant bracht, een gezellig familierestaurant op loopafstand waar ik zowat alles van de kaart heb gegeten, zo lekker (en heel betaalbaar). Ik vond de wijk ook heel fijn omdat je buiten de toeristengekte zit. (Sommige stukken in Ölüdeniz zijn wel echt supercommercieel.) Goed en goedkoop vervoer naar het strand met de lokale dolmuş. Toen ik wegging heeft Caner me ook fijn geholpen met vervoer naar Dalyan. Ik was verdrietig om weg te gaan na een week!

Het is natuurlijk geen superdeluxe suite maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Ik hou er wel van, zo'n inrichting met een verhaal. :) Een beter leeslampje naast het bed zou fijn zijn. En een extra deken voor koelere nachten. En tsja, je zit in een wijk met veel groentetuinen waar ook hanen rondstappen en die hoor je wel es kukelen 's nachts! (Ook de oproep tot gebed van de moskee hoor je 's nachts. Maar dat heeft ook wel weer wat.)

*Good value. *The manager ia extremely friendly and accommodating. *The Internet was great after I repaired their improperly terminated ethernet connections, and fixed an IP address conflict between 2 routers. * Dedicated hot water heater for each unit. We had plenty of hot water. * laundry machine in unit * gas stove * refrigerator * basic cleaning supplies provided

* Bathroom smelled like a porta poty because of lack of a "P-trap" in the shower drain, which required adding bleach to the drain daily. Fortunately bleach was available and provided in the unit. * none of the doors in the unit are balanced, and require door stoppers to keep them open. It was especially annoying for the bathroom door. * the batroom doesn't have a powered vent, instead there is a permanently open window with a plastic mesh, which lets noise and bugs in. * no bug screens in any of the windows of the unit, so we were getting tormented by mosquitoes and flies buzzing our faces while we tried to sleep 😡 * The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately the manager was able to get us a couple of foam pieces to place on top of the mattress which at least made it bearable. * the bedroom dresser cabinet should have the doors removed, because the room is too small for the doors to open without moving the bed and nightstand, and once opened it blocks the area and is really awkward. * both of the AC minisplit airhandlers filter was caked with dirt, dander, and molds; until I cleaned it myself since my respiratory tract was getting irritated. * the vacuum in the unit was completely filled and plugged up with dirt and hair. Had to spend time cleaning and washing the filter my self. * the apartment had one teeny tiny (laptop monitor sized), very old, dumb TV in the living room only, with the worst speaker and sound quality I ever heard. There is no satellite, cable, or antenna service either. Fortunately the manager was able to borrow a firestick for us to use. Would be nice if there was a TV in the bedroom as well. The single tiny TV in the unit is from around the year 2008 * no cooking oil was provided. * the provided pan is terrible and dangerous as it is a badly scratched up and flaking teflon (PTFE/PFOA) aka forever chemical pan which should be dicarded. Cast iron would have been much better, or at least a stainless steel one.
