A perfect location - only a few minutes walk into the old town, the train station, port, and bus station. Lovely room - clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Couldn't ask for more!

Comfortable, clean, and modern. Never ran out of hot water. Close to Old Town. Large TV with Netflix.

Could very clearly hear all the conversations in the adjacent rooms, hallway, and stairs. No quiet hours so this often disturbed my sleep.

"Loved our stay in Split"

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions/messages. He even came to help my husband and me with our bags. The location was within walking distance of the bus terminal, train station, ferries, excursion meeting points, and the Old Town. The room and bathroom were nicely updated; our stay was very comfortable. We would stay at Zara and Ane again and would recommend it to others.

"Excellent new build luxury room in great location!"

Very convenient for restaurants Harbour bus and old town We appreciate the aesthetic choices it was small but very pleasant- Appreciated Netflix also especially in bad weather!

Nothing -perhaps mention the black/white lit up sign next door as it’s very visible at the end of the road helps to find it -we were misdirected twice by locals ! One thing -Reading lights are funky &great design (but sorry not fit for purpose. !)
