The room is very well equipped and clean. Everything was great, location is perfect - very close to the centre and marina and the owner is very kind and helpful :)

The only slight discomfort is the train station nearby, so there was a little bit noise caused by trains at night.

This was so close to the central bus station in Split and the ferry terminal, however it was very quiet and an excellent shower :-). It's close to the main Split old town with all the restaurants, bars etc and all the heritage sites. The owner allowed us to leave our bags at the property as we arrived early and even carried them up a flight of stairs to the room. It was a very comfortable room and would highly recommend.

We arrived early via ferry but Hrvoje was very accommodating and gave us access so we were able to drop off our bags. We were a bit daunted when we saw the stairs but no worries, when it came time to check in Hrvoje had carried our bags up to our room & told us to let us know when it came to check out and he would bring them down again. Great service for us “oldies”! We are in the room named ‘Zara’. The room is fabulous, spacious & light. Very well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, safe, heated towel rail, hairdryer, even a first aid box (hope we don’t need that). The room & ensuite is modern, super clean and overall just perfect. Location couldn’t be better, a short walk from the ferry and just minutes to walk into town. We decided to stay another night (making it 4) but unfortunately no vacancy, however Hrvoje even helped us source alternative accommodation. Such a helpful host. We would highly recommend this accommodation in you stay in Split. A tip - you can cross the railway line as there is pedestrian access. Don’t worry about train noise either, the room is doubled glazed and very quiet & not many trains anyway.

I really liked that the hosts sent me a picture of the front of the building and entryway. The checkin process was quite efficient and straightforward. The room was very clean with very high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It is the perfect location close to all that is to seen and done in the port

Caution had to be shown on the stairs especially with luggage.

Great location

Location to old town, port and beaches. All walkable. Comfortable room, good and quick response from host. Although right on the railway , windows kept is pretty quiet. Nice light room. Able to provide me with an iron on request. Great restaurants nearby .

50 stairs to the room, but otherwise would recommend.
