Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Anlage sehr weitläufig, stilvoll konisch und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Restaurant sowohl mit marokkanischer also auch westlicher Küche. In 15 Minuten ist man in der Medina. Also auch die Lage ist hervorragend.

Tatsächlich fällt uns nichts ein, was uns nicht gefallen hat

This is a beautifully designed hotel set in tranquil park-like gardens with delightful places to relax and dine. The main swimming pool (heated) is superb. It offers a paradise environment to unwind. The most comfortable beds and bed linen we have ever enjoyed, anywhere. Loved the French touches, such as charming floor tiling. Attractive candlelit restaurant. A very well maintained property with attentive staff.

The location is quite far from the main square and souks of Marrakesh which is good for a relaxing, quiet time... but not for sightseeing. The free shuttles drops you off a long, hot 20 mins walk away from the square, not sure why so far? If sightseeing is a priority, suggest splitting your stay with a more central hotel/ riad. Once at the property you are pretty isolated, so likely you'll dine in. My husband (meat-eater) thought the food choice was fine and loved it, but I (vegetarian) had very limited options which was frustrating as all quite expensive. The arch to our room was far too low (we are average heights) and we banged our heads badly several times.

Gorgeous gardens and traditional architecture and a terrific long swimming pool plus long planted pools with families of terrapins and tiny frogs! Eating glorious breakfasts on the terrace with visiting peacock and a cocktail in the very cosy bar (and if warm enough outside on the bar terrace . Plus a splendid bedroom and a very comfortable large enough for six!

The main restaurant which lacks intimacy and atmosphere.

The tranquil setting, exceptional facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was a little further out than we thought but would still have chosen to stay here!

Beautiful grounds and pool area. Lovely staff and pretty rooms .

Food was expensive and really not great . Breakfast- You have to ask for everything and limited fruit and no fresh vegetables. Would have been more relaxing to help ourselves. Coffee was poor and at this price point would expect a coffee machine and some fresh milk in the rooms. Outside meal times nowhere to get a small snack - the only shop sells souvenirs and clothes .
