View was perfect, but nothing more.

Very poor and taracons goes around.

The position and the view where first class I asked for a room with a view, and we got floor 10 with a view on both sides. The room had been renovated and comfortable

Room was very basic, no tea making facilities, no chair to sit on, brand new TV but was not connected needed to be tuned, no one seemed to be able to do. wasn't to worried as we spent most time out, bed hard, room needs little extra TLC and would be a top room

The view from the hotel being right on the waterfront of the main centre of Cát Bà is stunning looking over the harbour. Quynh was very helpful and kind.

I don’t prefer the shower without a water barrier.

The views from my room were amazing

The bed was so uncomfortable, hard with springs digging into you whenever you moved. The staff were not the best at dealing with English speakers. The hotel advertised sound-proofing, which is not true in the slightest. Parents and children shouting at 6am 👎 Huge crack in the window on a high floor was worrying. The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was awful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, undercooked pancakes and foul coffee- not the best start to the day.

View was nice.

Staff beyond incompetent and elevator painfully slow. Breakfast was abysmal. Not very clean.

Loved the view from our room with the door to the balcony and window open. A special thank you to the lady on the front desk, we checked and was on the bus when she appeared with my shirt that I left in the room.

We had to leave behind such friendly staff that made you feel special .

Nice, clean hotel with stunning view. Staff helpful and location is great. I would definitely recommend it.
