Good location. Good value for money (I think we paid AU$35 for the night and for that price it's more than adequate). Staff were quick to fix a problem with TV reception.

There didn't appear to be a restaurant and there just wasn't a lot of information provided about facilities (I assume because there aren't any). Not this hotel's fault, but the view from the window was mostly ruined by the land reclamation going on in the bay (Nov 2024).

Just location.

The hotel is quite old and neglected. Due to the construction in the building next door, you wake up at 6 in the morning with the sound of a drill. We got dry cleaning service. When we delivered the dirty laundry, they delivered the clean(?!) laundry in the dirty plastic bags we used, and there was no detergent smell in the laundry. They did not provide daily cleaning service and did not even leave water in the room. OK, it may be a cheap hotel, but there is no price-performance balance.

Superb hospitality… amazing staff… extremely helpful… i have never experienced such good people. The view from room is nothing less than of a 5 star hotel… just close eyes and book this hotel..
