Lovely old historical hotel. Central in the town. Nice clean room. Range of ales. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Free Parking on site.

The staff at the Bear Hotel are really helpful. The location of the hotel was a plus especially for a visit to the Caen Hill locks.

The room was in need of redecorating which i understand they are in the process of completing all rooms.

"Pleasant stay"
