"Gerade so okay für ekne Nacht, aber ich würde es nicht wieder buchen."

Belinda war wirklich freundlich und es hat alles gut geklappt, auch mit dem Gepäcktransport.

Die Betten waren total durchgelegen, das Bettlaken hatte Flecken und ich habe mich dort absolut nicht wohl gefühlt.

The location was perfect to get into Newquay, just a few minutes walk. The property was very clean and presentable. Bridget, the hostess was very friendly and keen to know if everything was ok and whether you needed anything. Great service.

I cannot think of an improvement

Location was good and it was nice that Belinda called beforehand to see if we needed parking. Belinda also welcomed us when we got there.

The big thing was the mattress on the bed, which was clearly unfit for purpose. It was misshapen with a dip in the middle. You could feel all of the springs that creaked and groaned everything you moved. I had a terrible nights sleep. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no TV. We paid £110 and it wasn't worth that even for the location. Sorry.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, less than a 10 minutes walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The room was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Belinda, was exceptional, so kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Newquay!

"Do not even think about staying here"

We left within 30 minutes of arrival. We did not feel safe staying there! The property appeared to be a building that had been converted into a residence of mass occupancy. With rooms within rooms to maximise income. I can't believe that it would meet Building Regulations or Fire Safety Regulations.
