Clean and good facilities. Good customer service- had a little trouble finding it, called me within 5 minutes of messaging! Thank you for having us and if we visit again we will hopefully rebook

Booked very last minute due to other accommodation booking cancelled.

TV didn’t work in lounge. WiFi wasn’t working and freezer was frosted up and door would not close.

I loved the size - it’s so spacious and such a great place to stay for central Manchester - it is straight across from a tram stop but you tap into that and it’s quite relaxing - I m going to teaching for sure

It could do with a deep clean / freshen up ceilings - its fine but that would make a big difference to it - it’s so nicely styled too - I was imagining I lived there.

So nice and clean but the tv in the living room wasn’t working.

The apartment was very clean, sizable and easily accessible. Security was fantastic, had to enter the code for 3 doors before you could reach the apartment. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you

The checkout time needs to be extended till 12:00 PM. With 3 children and a wife cleaning and vacating the property by 10:00 AM was a bit of a challenge.
