The Onyx Suite

It was nice & spacious, in a good location and clean upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to extend our stay for an extra night for a small fee.

Spacious, host kept in touch the entire stay, tram stop literally outside, beds were comfy

Was slightly colder in the evenings and being so spacious didn’t feel much difference from the heaters.

The property was great, overall it was clean and tidy but the very dusty headboards and lighting

Great location- 5 min walk to the Northern Quarter and 10 mins to the shops. The tram stop is directly opposite the apartment. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were 3 of us staying and plenty of room for us all. The apartment was clean in general, but some parts are looking tired and could do with a refresh. We received plenty of information to ensure easy access to the accommodation, inc. heating controls, access codes etc- however, we did ask numerous times for a late check-out (check out is early at 10:00am, especially on a Sunday!) but we received no reply until we were about to leave. Overall a comfortable stay in a great location.

The lighting in the bathroom is not very practical.

The sofa bed didn’t have bed sheets. The soap and shampoo dispenser was broken on our arrival. I was not mint clean
