"A magical stay with so much care and attention to detail."

So tastefully decorated and adorned, down to the aromas in the home.

Nothing bad to say! The sofa couch was a bit hard and uncomfortable but everything else made it worth it. TV a bit small and far from couch for movie nights.

We had an incredible stay at the cottage at Sychnant farm, beautiful cottage with everything you could ever need. It was spotless and super comfy for our stay. Faye was great at replying when we messaged. Would highly recommend staying here, perfect location for Hay-on-Wye and the Brecon Beacons!

Spacious , nice kitchen and super comfy bed. Had parking, Quiet, scenic

Wifi wasn't great, hot water for shower and bath didn't really get hot.

Perfect cosy cottage with everything you could possibly need. Faye and Rhys were very welcoming. Under floor heating a real bonus. The bed was super comfy!

Everything is to the highest standard and couldn’t fault a thing.

Beautiful accomodation with everything thought about. Very relaxing and peaceful stay on a working farm with only birdsong, the babbling stream and the occasional tractor to listen to. Delicious Bara brith on arrival along with some butter and milk. Hope to return!
