Cosy City Centre Flat

Disgusting service. No keys in the lockbox and when I called the women was really rude on the phone. Then she turned her phone off and never answered anything. Said her manager was going to be round in 15 mins and we were still waiting an hour and a half later. Disgraceful

El apartamento tiene un potencial y unas posibilidades increíbles ya que es acogedor y moderno, pero a modo de consejo, considero que el propietario podría sacarle mucho mayor rendimiento si prestara atención a los detalles, ya que el apartamento está un tanto caótico y descuidado. Espero que el comentario sea constructivo, porque el apartamento merece la pena.

Lovely place for a short stay. Had most things you would need. Close to shops, parks and the city centre. Comfy bed. WiFi and use of netflix was good.

Shower temp control not working properly. Kept going from freezing to scalding and not much in between throughout.. smell of smoke came into the room from the courtyard belonging to the building behind. No parking close by at all.

As you had booked a room for me that had been let to someone else I did not get to stay there!

Nothing. Did not stay as the owner only accepted and taken the money but called to say that someone else has booked therefore I couldn’t go through my booking. The owner didn’t even process or flagged the cancellation and refund.

Everything. Terrible owner and the worst listing. The worst place. Don’t waste your energy even looking at this place. As soon as I have booked this, the owner called to say that in that same moment, someone else booked it and she would cancel this through booking.com. None of that happens- owner goes radio silent.

The sofa bed was tiny and not fit for purpose, also no bedding was provided for it The whole flat was grubby and clearly not cleaned to any sort of high standard

The location was excellent- really close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, and the high street. The staff were really friendly. The price was reasonable.

Could do with some nice last touches - a cutlery tray with more cutlery in as opposed to loose in the cupboard- we missed a sharp knife and a pizza tray. Also had a dirty dish cloth, and the washing machine was on when we arrived.

Flat is now a rental property and was unable to stay in the property. Tried to call the booking.com helpline but was denied after waiting 15 mins on the phone line. Spoke to the owner of the property and said she they will contact booking.com for a refund.
