Sessiz sakin güzel bir yer. Kafe ve restaurantın manzarası mükemmel.

Gece çok soğuk. Kabin olduğunu unutmayın. Kalın kıyafet giyin. Otel ekstra battaniye verirse çok iyi olur.

Das Green Lava ist ein wunderschöner paradiesischer Ort. Natur pur!!! Die Hütte war sauber, super schön eingerichtet und der Blick aus dem Bett oder von der Terrasse sind atemberaubend. Es ist weitgehend ruhig und friedlich. Die frische Luft, auch durch die Offenheit der Hütte, sorgt für ein herrliches Klima. Das Moskito-Netz bietet auch nachts einen perfekten Schutz. Das Bett war super weich und mega komfortabel! Tagsüber gab es einige Fliegen, nachts war es ruhig! Von der Unterkunft ist man schnell zu Fuß unten an der Hauptstraße, wo man gute Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet. Man braucht also kein Auto, um dort zurecht zu kommen. Zum Tempel sind es 15Min Gehweg.

Die Gebetsrufe der Muezzine in den umliegenden Moscheen sind extrem laut, vor allem morgen vor Sonnenaufgang. Trotzdem sollten auch die Gäste die Religionen akzeptieren. Ausschlafen war allerdings für mich deswegen nicht möglich. Der Service ist sehr einfach, man erreicht ab nachmittags niemanden mehr von der Unterkunft und ist auf sich allein gestellt. Englisch wird nicht gesprochen. Ich hätte mir sehr einen zweiten Mülleimer und eine Wäscheleine gewünscht. Es hat mir beides gefehlt. Ebenso wäre ein kleines Handtuch für die Hände super gewesen. Die angekündigte tägliche Reinigung gab es nicht. Diese würde ich nicht aufführen, wenn es sie nicht gibt.

Nous nous réjouissions de passer une nuit "nature". C'était effectivement NATURE. La cabane n'est aucunement isolée de l’extérieur (pas de fenêtres), ce qui explique la moustiquaire autour du lit. Seulement la moustiquaire était sale (tâches brunes) et n'entourait pas la totalité du lit. Les insectes entraient et sortaient de la cabane comme ils l’entendaient. Nous n'imaginions même pas ouvrir nos valises avec les fourmis et araignées qu'on voyait au sol. Le personnel était gentil mais personne ne parlait anglais, pas pratique pour communiquer avec eux. L'emplacement était moins bon que nous avions imaginé, à l'écart des routes pratiquées et des restaurants. Nous sommes partis et avons séjourné au Homm Saranam Baturiti à la place, qui était absolument merveilleux. Bref, à fuir.

Par contre : Les rideaux du lit à baldaquin étaient sales. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit (août). La mosquée juste à côté nous a réveillé à 5h du matin même avec des boules quies.

Since it’s in the mountains, it does get cold after sunset, so bring warm clothes—the provided heater isn’t quite enough to fully warm the cottage. Nearby there is a mosque, so you will hear the prayers from sunrise to sunset as part of local culture. During our stay (which fell on an Indonesian holiday), the neighbor entertained everyone with karaoke 😅

We liked the nice hot shower, but the bathroom stank.

Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The way up to the cabins is very steep and involves many steps. The road to the cafe where breakfast is served is steep, as is the continuation to the main road below. The cabin looked nice at first sight, but once inside, the whole floor creaked badly. The cabin is not sealed off, and is open to the elements. Being in the mountains, it gets very cold at night. The bedding provided was not suited to these low temperatures, so we ended up sleeping fully clothed! The staff has no English, which resulted in us not getting clean towels or more water, even though we asked for them. If you are looking for peace and quiet, in a cabin in the hills, you will not like the regular call to prayer from about 4 different mosks at the same time. Groups of local young people seem to frequent these cabins, and like to party .. noisily.
