+ Staff was helpfull; + You can rent the bike from the owner by normal price (avrg price in comparison to mkt prices); + Clean rooms; + Quite location to refresh your mind; + Photos on booking same with real situation with estate; + Many places to discover by yourself but you need a bike; + Very good condition of the rooms and bike; + Good prices according to the quality. + High location so from some points you can see ocean.

- Nerrowed road to the estate from main road, only that minus I remember about that place.

The pool. The cottage. The patio. The quiet. Scooter rental. 10-15 min to various beaches.

Its out in the sticks so far from shops, restaurants and beaches so you’ll need a scooter to get around. The property offer too little breakfast alternatives. In the rainy season there are lots and lots of caterpillars indoors and on patio. As a solo traveller space was fine, but missed surfaces to put things on like a suitecase stand, shelves, chest of drawers etc.

great facilities, had personal front yard, felt safe, newly constructed within 2024. host was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. close to pretty beaches in the south (melasti) and beach restaurants. spacious for its price, and equipped with kitchen that was awesome for reheating leftovers and cooking supper :)

7 mainly cos of ongoing construction, started early ~7-8am everyday for the new villas. millipedes would spawn randomly in our villa, likely from that construction. outdoor shower was not practical in the rainy season of December, but was pretty vibey otherwise! (probably wont be so relevant if you are reading it after the villas are done in however long it takes) so 7/10 cos i respect the hustle but game is game

Nice room, great view

The room is quite large, so AC doesn’t cool the room without a few hours of being on. The bed duvet is also very thick. And pillows too.

Everything was great. The villa is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The small kitchen is very convenient. Love the outdoor bathroom. Beautiful views and amazing swimming pool. Will definitely stay here again. 🙏🏻

I really loved the view and suroundings from this place

Having a private garden for every villa was a great option. My wife enjoyed every mornings with yoga sessions at our garden. Villa kitchen was also great, fridge was very big for your drinks and big bottles. If you consider it is far away from popular places of Uluwatu.
