Breakfast was great with the view of the ocean. Everything was brand new and clean.

Not a lot to do around

The place is new so everything is clean and functional. Small kitchenette. Free water to refill your water bottle.

The place left a mixed impression. The central area around the pool is well kept and the rooms are very clean and spacious but there’s construction waste left in front of the corner rooms, the grounds in the corners look wild and not looked after at all. There’s no greenery. The terrace on top of the cafe has chairs but you can’t really sit there and enjoy the ocean view as the floor and stairs is not completely finished. The whole place doesn’t look inviting and seems to be half completed. It is surrounded by either empty and wild areas or other construction sites with a wall with broken glass on top. No kettle in the room, no tea or coffee. Along with typical breakfast options, you can get one small fruit platter per room (!). Very noisy at night due to road proximity and barking dogs.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The accommodation and the grounds were clean and had all the amenities one needs. You definitely need a scooter or you can get picked up by Gojek.

A negative point would be that there are many dogs in the area that bark and howl loudly at night, which can be disturbing over time.

Private space and spacious rooms and bathroom. The kitchen is very handy for cooking your own food 🍲 nice terrace with a cool ocean breeze 💫 The owners are super friendly and they made us breakfast each morning. You get to choose from American, Indonesian or pancakes 🥞. Plenty of space for parking. Pool seemed nice but we never got to use it. 5’- 15’ away from nice beaches
