The host is very friendly and receptive. It’s a good location with several bus stops nearby.

Our mattress was a little sunken in the middle

The room is on the top floor at roof level up lots of steps. Not suitable for those of limited mobility. I have left recommendations for improvement in the visitors book in the room. Bit of a list. Location not ideal for visiting the city. But this is reflected in the cost compared to city rooms. Owners' kitchen is on ground floor, so odours rise right through the building up the stairs well.

The price is good because is a really expensive city

The host had overbooked in the same days. Really bad managed. Finally we could stay. Not an easy place.

Spacious room, comfy bed, good amenities (stocked bathroom, fridge, cupboards and crockery). Good shower and large bathroom.

No biggie but heating on timer came on intermittently. So sometimes quite cold and sometimes very warm.

Spacious and very clean room. Host was great at communicating - we had everything we needed.

The property had good parking and was easy to find. Host was welcoming and always able to be contacted via booking.com or mobile if needed even when we arrived late on the evening due to traffic. There was some breakfast foods available and facilities to use them aswell.

Microwave being on the bottom shelf. Would make sense for other items to be on the bottom shelf and not bending down or sitting down to use the microwave. Shower was a little weak but overall okay.

The host prepared kindly a lot of sneaks and tea for free, room was very clean, I can feel that the host tried his best to provide good service

Cloud be even better if the room door can be locked up.

Everything. Location is convenient. Bus no 27 (which takes you to Edinburgh waverly station) stop is the closest to this place and takes a minute of walking. Tons of amenities in the room..
