My room

Our room had a fridge and a cupboard full of breakfast bits of which we could help ourselves to.

I was given a front door key but I was unable to lock the door.

The room was very clean and the host was kind and welcoming. The location was handy for getting a bus directly to the airport, but less convenient for visiting Edinburgh.

Very up set it had no breakfast as I expected just stuff in a cupboard in the bedroom and stuff on a shelf which was priced very expensive for 80 odd pounds I would have expected a full cooked breakfast

Very tidy room shower was nice and hot and bed was nice and soft host was lovely and made me welcome I was early but she made the bed up in no time 9 0ut of 10 for me

Milk and crisps were out of date could have done withe sum bread for toast

The room and bathroom were a good size. The bed was comfortable but pillows need replacing.

It was up two flights of steep stairs. There was no lock on door. The advertised breakfast consisted of a lot of things that were our of date. The fruit in bowl was old the apple's soft and wrinkled. The Micro wave was in cupboard on floor and you couldn't read buttons. Where the microwave should have been was drinks etc. for sale. Bathroom had items in it as if someone else was using it. No bread toaster or butter that may have passed for breakfast. The towels in Bathroom were old and small. I requested clean ones which we did receive but although I requested clean towels for next day they did not arrive. Hosts were not accessible. Also mould in Bathroom. We were expecting a hotel not a room in private house. It should be noted on thier site. In fairness when some of problems re out of date items the Host arrived with a bag of cakes and yoghurt but not good breakfast items. We would not recommend this stay. The hosts need to book into other b & b and see what people expect.
