The double room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. Breakfast served in the rooftop terrace was delicious. Strong coffee and fresh orange juice.

All the rooms are upstairs and the roof top is 6 flights up...72 steps! But that is typical in Morocco.

The staff are helpful. Breakfast is less variety but still good enough for the start of the day.

Light is dim.

The hotel is located very near to CTM bus station in Chefshaoun, although it is a bit further away from the main Medina. The boys at the reception (Simo, Ahmed and Osman) were extremely hospital. Upon arrival, Simo was kind enough to offer some water bottles, nice rose buds for my wife and daughter and toys for 2 sons. He also gave info about the places to take pics inside the medina & gave a little late check out too, as our bus to Tangier was around 1.45 p.m. The family room was extremely spacious with a small living area with a sofa and 3 rooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). Breakfast lady was very friendly too and the breakfast was alright although the quantity was bit too tight. Further, given the fact that oranges are in abundance in Chefshaoun (even there are orange trees on the streets), a jug of fresh orange juice would have been nicer for 5 of us than just 1 glass per each person. Overall, it was a nice stay and thank you everyone for your kind hospitality.

The bathroom was not very modern and breakfast quantity could be improved with more fresh orange juice.

Geweldig familie hotel nabij het centrum van Chefchaouen. In 15 minuten lopen ben je in de medina. We werden hartelijk ontvangen met flesjes water en een rode roos voor de dame. Grote kamer met een apart zitgedeelte en een apart slaapgedeelte. Bed was aan de harde kant, alleen hebben we er niet minder om geslapen. Wel wat lawaai van de straat, onze kamer lag aan de straatzijde. Een goed ontbijt in de ochtend wat genuttigd kon worden op het prachtige dakterras. Super vriendelijke mensen, een fijne ervaring!

Die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Osman, dem Rezeptionisten! Die Dachterasse, auf der gefrühstückt wurde und das reichliche Frühstück, zubereitet und dargereicht von zwei sehr freundlichen Damen.

Breakfast was minimum and a bit cheapy, moreover super cold on the rooftop. The wind blew us from the chair. For the summmertime it should be okay, but in begin of April ...... And it was quite a long walk to the central plaza with a steep part, for my mother (78) not quite convenient. It almost tends to taking a taxi to the center ....
