The reception people were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were good. The breakfast was excellent. Everything about the hotel was brilliant I thought the roof terrace area was fantastic The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the main bus station and walking distance to the Medina and all other places of interest. Othman hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Er kam uns sogar auf der Straße entgegen und geleitete uns direkt in die Garage, wo unser Motorrad sicher unterstellen konnten. Zur Begrüßung gab es erst einmal Wasser und wir durften sogar früher ins Zimmer- ein wirklich toller Service. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und super sauber.Besonders hilfreich war die Besichtigungstour per WhatsApp, mit der man die Stadt wunderbar selbstständig erkunden konnte.Das Frühstück war fantastisch und auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Hotel très chaleureux. Excellent accueil du personnel. J’apprécie la petite attention donnée à l’arrivée. L’hôtel est la chambre étaient très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner complet pris sur la terrasse avec vue sympa !

Lo staff sia in reception che in colazione sono sicuramente un plus per la struttura. La stanza in sé un po' anonima, poteva essere una camera di albergo qualsiasi in qualsiasi nazione, ma era pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Colazione eccellente, ricca e di qualità. Struttura non proprio vicina alla medina, per raggiungere il centro città si inizia subito con una "bella" salita, circa 15 minuti a piedi.

Lo mejor del lugar es el personal. Especialmente Ahmed que nos ha tratado muy bien desde el principio siempre alegre. Nos dio a elegir entre varias habitaciones y se tomó el tiempo de enviarnos una lista con los lugares a visitar paso por paso más recomendaciones varias de lugares para comer, etc. Las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Tienen una nevera que no siempre es fácil de encontrar y para calentar agua. Te indican donde aparcar( gratis) el coche a unos pasos del hotel lo cual es muy práctico. Esta a unos 15 min del centro histórico lo que para nosotros estuvo bien y nos ahorramos el estrés del estacionamiento. El desayuno muy completo y la terraza es muy bonita ! Lo recomiendo sin dudar para una visita a la ciudad azul 💙

Dado que la habitación daba a la calle era algo ruidosa pero con tapones de oídos no hay problema

Buona posizione a circa 1km dalla porta principale di ingresso alla medina. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a dare consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare Camera spaziosa e pulita Colazione in terrazza (tenete conto che non ci sono ascensori) con zona all'aperto e zona coperta. Colazione molto buona e abbondante,in linea con le altre fatte in altre strutture in Marocco (spremuta, caffè, latte, yogurt, pane, pancake, brioche, marmellata, burro, formaggino, frittata

Tenete conto che la maggior parte delle strutture non hanno ascensore, nel caso aveste problemi a fare le scale (per noi non lo era)
