Central location, clean, nice building, staff very welcoming, value for money.

I, understand it is a pub in the centre of Ashbourne, but we found it was very noisy outside the bedroom window, which went on for quite a while, so for that reason we would not stay again.

Room was gorgeous, well decorated. Comfortable bed, soft bedding - which smelt divine. Small bathroom but lovely hot shower with good pressure. Room was made up again between nights with fresh towels and bed remade - such a lovely little touch and a welcome surprise after a long day out to see the bed looking so inviting! Good tea and coffee facilities with fresh mugs provided between nights and additional sachets. The staff on arrival were welcoming and it was great to have a separate entrance to the accommodation- meant we could come and go as we pleased without worrying about being a nuisance. Central location - minimal inconvenience of current road works meaning parking which is usually straight outside was unavailable- but perfectly good parking available a 2 minute walk away. We will definitely book again if returning to the area.

Very noisy, obviously it is a pub but there was lots of people outside shouting until the early hours but there is little that can be done about it.
