This place is a nice house out in the country with a small collection of other houses spaced a ways apart. It was wonderful for doing some stargazing since there aren't any lights around at night. The host was very responsive trying to figure things out since the info booklet wasn't where it was supposed to be. The jets on the hot tub were nice after a lots of hiking at Mt Cook.

The info on arrival was missing and the appliances are all nice but only have hieroglyphs that didn't mean anything to me - so it took some time to figure things out. The host was very responsive which was helpful.

Location, facilities and comfort

Property was in an excellent location with everything you would need. Clean and tidy.. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was ready use and was just what we needed to relax and unwind after a long day travelling. I would definitely come to stay here again. Highly recommend this villa.

Isolated from everywhere - not a problem but wild and nowhere to walk should you want to do that

Peaceful well maintained home surrounded by New Zealand’s natural beauty. This property was perfect for relaxing after a day at the National Park. We loved the patio for dinner with our family and coffee in the morning. Also recommend the neighboring distillery for a tasting.
