Welcome Bay Hot Pools

The hot pools were great. Very clean.

Cabins were old and dingy. Holey curtains. Ablution blocks substandard. No pillows.

Nice location perfect size I was just a bit disappointed the showers were cold.. everything else was nice I’d stay again

Very strange and convoluted access to the pool area through campground. Squeezing between a shed and mop to get to the pool gate or going around on the grass which would be super wet in winter. Maybe I missed another way?

Everything was pretty good from the check in to check out wasn’t busy or noisy the hot pool is a bonus plus a short walk from the cabins

Nil breakfast staff had wrong key placed tent next to cabin which was un wrong place cabin was dirty smelt and beds were fit for prisoners. Ended up only staying the 1 night because the rain and left early by a day.

Needs renovating and a deep clean. Perhaps new furniture upgrade staff girl was hopeless unprepared unsure and not helpful in a hours delay of room key situation.with a crying baby in the rain and dark

The toilet is Good. Pool is good. The Staff is good. PLACE is nice and relaxing...

When we get it, the beds were dirty and dusty . Floor had dirt from outside.. Im not sure if someone cleaned or not. Please make a note to your advertisement about the shower. To bring a coin for hot shower or what.
