Haus wie beschrieben, schön ausgestattet, Betten super. Lage des Hauses war super für uns, da wir dieses Jahr ohne Auto unseren Urlaub auf Madeira verbracht haben. Bushaltestellen gleich um die Ecke. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Obstmarkt u Fischmarkt und Restaurant‘s alles auf sehr kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Sowie auch die Strandpromenade. Wir hatten das Haus 14 Tage gebucht und nach 1 Woche wurde geputzt u es fand ein Handtuch u Bettwäschewechsel statt.

Die Küchenausstattung sollte wirklich verbessert werden. Es fehlen Kochlöffel, Korkenzieher, Kaffeelöffel, Küchenschere, ein zweiter Sieb. Es war leider nur ein einziges Geschirrtuch vorhanden. Was jetzt nicht so toll war, eine größere Baustelle direkt am Haus. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter jetzt nichts. Leider riecht es in der Winterzeit in den unteren Stockwerken leicht muffig, ist aber durch gutes Lüften zu beheben.

Appartement neuf et bien équipé. Bien placé à Santa Cruz juste à côté de la plage

Le Triplex est très sombre desservi par un escalier assez haut. La pièce du bas est la cuisine et la salle de repas sont dans la pénombre donc on y va pas. Nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir des travaux de construction juste sur le terrain mitoyen (bétonnière,toupie, ouvriers ) des 7h du matin ! La terrasse donne sur les travaux.

Nice apartment on 3 levels, nice size rooms with comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace had nice views. Great location.

Narrow busy street with no sidewalk, dangerous to step out of front door. Building next door currently being demolished, lots of noise and unsightly (not the fault of this property owner, but wish we had been made aware in advance though).
