-Comfy beds ! -2 bathrooms -Rooftop -Close to the ocean/center -Private parking spot -Towels -Laundry

-Access through a one way road, you need to drive all around Santa Cruz to get in the street -The "coffee can" works not properly -Lot of stairs (ot for disabled people) -No view -The lights are too cold and bright
