Location, decor of property and the fact the host didn’t pester us whilst in their home. This was good for family time and privacy. Location was perfect for us, size of property is also good for a small family, and it’s a new build, so modern and well maintained.

Great location with easy access. Well equipped with everything we needed including a new tumble dryer. Parking right in front of the unit. All photos honestly represent the property. Great communication if needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice location near where we were at an event Quiet at night

Beautifully presented and very clean. Host had thought of additional touches like providing milk and some breakfast items. Well equipped kitchen and great facilities. Very quiet both day and night so slept very well. Definitely going to book again next year.

The only problem was that the taxis couldn’t find the location as it is a new build but that was easily rectified by directing them to Bennetthorpe which is where the property is.

Property was extremely clean and tidy and one of the nicest houses we have stayed in….location to the racecourse was 5 min walk so ideal if staying for the races. Communication from the owner was great and all info needed sent to us by email. Neighbours very friendly.

No negatives, everything was fab.

Fantastic location for exploring Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Gulliver's Valley with the kids. Lovely cosy new build house on a quiet estate but still very close to a big Asda, cinema and restaurants.

Lovely property in the perfect location for getting around Doncaster and visiting Doncaster Racecourse. Beds very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with utensils.
